When you make a purchase, your payment card details are collected by our third-party payment service providers, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.
We only retain certain elements of your payment card in order to process recurring transactions. These details are encrypted and stored in accordance with current industry security standards.

When you use our services, the files you submit for processing are cached on our servers and stored for a period of one year.
NOTE THAT FILES SUBMITTED TO OUR SERVICES ARE DESIGNATED BY DEFAULT AS PUBLIC AND WILL BE ACCESSIBLE TO OTHERS, INCLUDING VISITORS TO YOUR WEBSITE AND WEB APPLICATION. OUR SERVICES ARE NOT DESIGNED TO HOST INTIMATE AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION OF ANY KIND.
PLEASE USE CAUTION WHEN SUBMITTING FILES TO OUR SERVICES TO AVOID INADVERTENT DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION, SENSITIVE INFORMATION OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT OTHERS WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND APPROVAL.
